Mr. Patterson has been a successful entrepreneur and businessman for more than 25 years. Generally known as a business visionary, Nick has an uncanny ability to identify clear paths for business potential that are not readily visible to others. Over the years, he has achieved great success with start-up ventures by creating and implementing system models that achieve consistent growth and success. Employing his personal business philosophy and ethics, Mr. Patterson has helped develop many successful companies.

In 2008, following his success in the real estate and mortgage industries, Mr. Patterson shifted his attention to the profitable energy industry. He has been featured in multiple business publications including being on the covers and in featured articles of the November issues of Success from Home magazine in 2011 and 2012. Other results of his success include numerous awards and accolades for integrity, persistence, team building and leadership. Over a period of six years with Ambit Energy, Nick developed a portfolio of more than 125,000 residential and small commercial customers.

In order to capitalize on the increased deregulation of the energy industry in the north- east, Mr. Patterson started a new partnership in 2010. The result of this partnership was Cornerstone Energy Group, LLC (CornerstoneGroup.biz). The company specialized in energy procurement and cost management for commercial, industrial and institutional energy customers throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Cornerstone Energy Group has over 100 affiliates throughout the United States and more than 7,500 mid-to-large commercial energy customers.  Mr. Patterson wanted to focus his attention on business consulting so in 2013 he sold his equity in Cornerstone to focus on a new business consulting venture, Team Patterson LLC.

Since its founding in April 2013 Team Patterson LLC has helped develop stronger organizations. Team Patterson LLC is the talent assessment, development, and management company that focuses on learning our clients’ needs so we can partner with them to make informed decisions that drive their organizational sales goals and help grow their businesses. From our assessments to organizational development capabilities, we tailor our solutions to the needs of our clients, growing with them to support all their business development needs.
